The bell-less top charging system is used to distribute the burden good distributing into the BF and can make the sealing of the BF top.It is a advanced equipment which can make the strengthening smelt and saving energy than the double bell system.
The equipment is consists of four parts:
receiving hopper : to receiving the burden form the belt or skip.Sealing equipment to prevent the leakage of the BF gas and keep the top pressurd .
Relief and equalizing system:to balance the pressure of the BF gas to make sure the burden into the BF smoothing.
Distributor: to distribute the burden according to ghe request of the technologn and make the burden have a good distributing in the BF.
