II. Assets and Production Capacity
 The company has total assets of approximately 300 million yuan, with 136 employees, covering an area of about 200,000 square meters and a construction area of around 120,000 square meters, including 70,000 square meters of high-standard industrial workshops. It possesses a complete production chain encompassing casting, welding, heat treatment, thermal spraying, machining, and final assembly and debugging, with an annual comprehensive capacity of producing 20,000 valves (sets) and 10,000 tons of metallurgical equipment.

• In 2000, it obtained dual system certifications from the UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) and ISO9001:1994 in the United States; 
• Completed the ISO9001:2000 transition in 2003 and maintained its continuous and effective operation; 
• Possesses independent import and export rights, with products exported to multiple countries including India, Russia, Brazil, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Metallurgical Equipment:
 The WZ-type blast furnace top without bell complete set of equipment was included in the national "Localization of Large-Scale Equipment" special program. In 2003, it passed the national-level appraisal organized by the National Development and Reform Commission, achieving internationally advanced performance levels and filling domestic gaps. 
2. Valve equipment:
 With multiple national patents, the automatic sector blind plate valve has been awarded the "China Patent Excellence Award." The leading products cover 20 major series and over 1,200 specifications, including blind plate valves, butterfly valves, ball valves, control valves, hot air valves, and shut-off valves, with a maximum diameter of DN5500. These are widely used in metallurgy and coking industries. 
3. Coking Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Equipment:
 The rotary seal valve has been authorized by Nippon Steel Corporation (now Japan Steel Works) and jointly promoted with Beijing Zhong-Ri Lian Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. It has been successfully applied to over a hundred dry quenching coke (CDQ) installations at Baowu Group, HBIS Group, Jingye Group, Jianlong Group, Xuyang Group, and others.

 

V. Research, Development, and Testing
 The company's technical center has been recognized as a "Provincial-level Enterprise Technical Center." It is equipped with a metal material spectrometer, universal testing machine, low-temperature impact testing machine, coordinate measuring machine, gas sealing test device, and a 1:1 hot-state blast furnace bell-less furnace test platform. This enables comprehensive verification of material composition, mechanical properties, fugitive emissions, refractoriness, seismic resistance, and lifespan simulation, ensuring controlled processes from design to delivery.
